摘要
该文介绍目前国内外可食性玉米醇溶蛋白膜研究现状及对发展趋势进行分析,指出制备以玉米醇溶蛋白为基质可食性复合包装膜是一个新的发展方向。
The current situation of edible zein film and direction in the future were summarized in this paper. It was put forward that the research trend was focused on the industrialized production and commercialization application of edible composite package film based on zein.
