摘要
以高直链玉米淀粉为原料,选用甘油为增塑剂,乙二醛为交联剂,采用流延法制备淀粉/聚乙烯醇(PVA)复合膜。研究不同直链淀粉含量、增塑剂种类和用量、交联剂种类和用量、烘干温度等因素对复合膜性能的影响,并使用扫描电镜(SEM)观察膜的微观形态。结果表明,高直链淀粉复合膜的性能明显优于普通淀粉复合膜。当聚乙烯醇、甘油、乙二醛用量分别为40%、16%和12%,反应温度和烘干温度分别为90℃、70℃时,复合膜性能最佳。
Different amylose content corn starch based composite films were prepared with polyvinyl alcohol, plasticizer and cross-linking agent by the casting method. The properties of composite films were significant difference according to the additives and producing conditions. The result shows the properties of high amylose/PVA composite film is better than native stareh/PVA film. It's tensile strength, elongation at break and transmittance is 32.3 MPa, 127% and 41.7% respectively.
