摘要
对云、贵、川魔芋飞粉的主要成分分析表明,含粗蛋白15.21％、氨基酸16种、可溶糖8.59％、淀粉22.81％、粗纤维0.67％以及对人畜必需的微量元素铁、锌、铜、锰和葡甘露聚糖等。因此,魔芋飞粉是一种值得进一步开发利用的物质。
An analysis of the fly flour samples of konjak collected from Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan showed that the contents of crude protein, soluble, sugars, starch and crude cellulose.in it were 15:21,8.59, 22.81 and 0.67％, respectively. In addition, it contained 16 amino acids, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn and andglucomannan, which are all essential for the health and growth of human beings and domestic animals. It is, therefore, concluded that konjak fly flouris worth developing and exploiting.
