摘要
大学学报具有多种功能,支持和推动高校的学科建设是其最为重要的功能。学科建设,尤其是重点学科建设是构筑高校学报特色化的基础。西部高校由于其地缘劣势和文化相对欠发达的现状使得其学科建设面临着特殊的问题和困难,如何挖掘西部大学学报的学科建设潜能,使之不但最大限度地服务于西部高校的学科建设,而且在这种服务中提升、发展自己,形成办刊特色,实现西部高校的学科建设和学报发展相互促进的良性互动,是西部大学学报发展中必须思考的一个重要问题。
University journal has many roles to play.One of the most significant roles is to support and promote the subject construction in the university.The development of subject construction,especially the key subject construction,forms the basis of the feature of the subject construction in the university.The universities in the west of China,with geographic disadvantages and undeveloped conditions,face special troubles and difficulties.Therefore,it is an important issue to attract our attention in the development of university journals in the west of China of how to serve the subject construction to the greatest extent,how to promote and develop itself to create its own features,and finally,how to realize the benign interaction between the subject construction and the development of university journals.
