摘要
高校学报应主动引进优质外稿,推动教师的科研活力;设置特色栏目,服务重点学科的建设;搭建学术平台,培养教学科研的后备力量;提供信息服务,促进教学改革的开展;面向在校学生,提高教育教学的实效性。
A university journal should introduce articles of good quality by writers from other universities to promote teachers＇ scientific research. It should establish columns with its own characteristics to serve the construction of key disciplines, set up academic platform to cultivate reserves talents for teaching and research, provide information service to promote teaching reform, and be oriented to students to promote the efficiency of teaching and education.
