摘要
学科建设水平的高低是高校办学水平的标志,学科梯队的优化是学科建设的关键。本文根据地方性高校的特点,结合学科建设的要求,探讨了加强高校师资队伍建设和学科梯建设的方法,并提出了如何最大限度发挥梯队总体效能和稳定师资队伍的策略。
The level of the construction of disciplinary areas is a symbol of school-running level of institutions of higher learning while the construction of teaching staff is both the key point and difficult point in the construction of disciplinary areas. Based on the characteristics of local institutions of higher learning and the requirements for the construction of academic echelons, the paper discusses the ways to build the teaching staff of local institutions of higher learning at various levels, and proposes the tactics of bringing to full play the teachers' efficiency and of stabilizing the teaching staff.
