摘要
目的探讨石林县农民选择村卫生室就诊原因,为制定新农合政策提供科学依据。方法采用流行病学现场研究方法进行研究。结果调查参加新型农村合作医疗农民200人,经过Logistic回归分析得出,农民选择村卫生室就诊原因主要是村卫生室服务态度好、收费低、随时都可以看病等。结论农民选择村卫生室就诊原因是多因素的。
Objective To explore the reason of participating new rural cooperative medical service （NRCMS） farmers choosing village clinic-to see a doctor in Shilin County, so as to provide scientific basis for formulating NRCMS. Method The epidemiological field investigation questionnaire alas conducted. Result A total of 200 partieipating-NRCMS farmers were investigated. After Logistic regression analysis the reason to choose village clinic to see a doctor mainly was the village clinic＇s good service attitude, low expenses, the patient may see a doctor a tany time and so on. Conclusion The reason of participating-NRCMS farmers choosing the village clin- ic to see a doctor is multi-factors.
