摘要
从贵州省黔东南地区土壤分离到一株能产生杀菌活性物质的菌株ZY105,其代谢产物对多种植物病原真菌均具有较强的抑制活性,抗菌谱较广。其中对烟灰霉病菌、油菜菌核病菌和黄瓜灰霉病菌的抑菌效果最好,抑制率达到85%以上,通过稳定性的研究,无论是在连续传代过程中,还是不同温度条件保存下,培养特征和抑菌活性基本没有变化。发酵液中抗菌物质对热及酸、碱也都比较稳定。
The fermentation extracts ZY105 strain of actinomycete isolated from Qiandongnan in Guizhou, the results showed that the fermentation extracts had a high intensive fungicidal activity on several kinds of pathogens. Antimierobial spectrum was widely. Especially for the Botrytis cinerea, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Bipolaris maydis, they were inhibited 85% above. The stability of antibiotic productivity and cultural characteristics of strain ZY105 was not altered by serial subcultures or by modifying the preserved temperature. The fungicidal produced by strain ZYI05 could survives high temperature, acid and base.
