白藜芦醇对辐射损伤后小鼠肠粘膜免疫屏障的保护作用 被引量:6

Protective Effects of Resveratrol on Intestinal Mucosal Immunologic Barrier in Mice after Radiation Damage

摘要 探讨白藜芦醇对受60Coγ线照后小鼠肠粘膜免疫屏障的保护作用。方法:选用BALB/c雄性小鼠90只,用8Gy60Coγ射线进行全身一次性照射,照射前2 h白藜芦醇组灌服给药1次,分别于照后1、2、3d麻醉后解剖,取全小肠,制备肠粘液,测定免疫球蛋白sIgA(Secreted immuno-globulin A,分泌型免疫球蛋白A)含量;取肠系膜淋巴结,测定淋巴细胞凋亡指数;取门静脉血,测定内毒素含量。结果:白藜芦醇可明显减少受照后小鼠肠系膜淋巴结淋巴细胞的凋亡,提高肠粘液中免疫球蛋白sIgA的含量,降低门静脉血中内毒素含量。结论:白藜芦醇对受60Coγ线照射后的小鼠肠粘膜免疫屏障有明显的保护作用,能抑制肠道细菌移位和肠内内毒素的吸收。 AIM: Protective effects of resveratrol on intestinal mucosal immunologic barrier in mice after radiation damage. Methods: The 90 BALB/c male mice were systematically irradiated with 8Gy^60Coγ-ray and then they were drenched resveratrol in resveratrol group in two hours before radiation. On 1,2 and 3d after irradiation, the mice were sacrified after anesthesia for determining sIgA in small intestinal mucilage, lymphocyte apoptotic index in mice lymph node and endotoxin in janitrix blood. Results: Resveratrol can decrease lymphocyte apoptotic index in mice lymph node and the level of endotoxin in janitrix blood, and increase sIgA in small intestinal mucilage. Conclusion: Resveratrol can improve intestinal mucosal immunologic barrier and suppess intestinal bacterial translocation and absorption of intestinal endotoxin in irradiated mice.
