白藜芦醇对雌性小鼠化学性肝损伤的保护作用 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨白藜芦醇对化学性肝脏损伤的保护作用。方法分别腹腔注射四氯化碳(CC l4)和D-半乳糖胺(D-GalN)诱导雌性小鼠肝脏损伤模型,检测血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性和甘油三酯(TG)含量,同时测定肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、丙二醛(MDA)和一氧化氮(NO)含量以及肝脏重量指数,以评价药物的保护作用。结果连续5 d灌胃给予5,10 mg/(kg.d)白藜芦醇,能明显抑制肝损伤雌性小鼠血清ALT和AST活性增高,显著抑制血清中TG水平、肝组织中MDA,NO含量升高以及SOD和GSH-Px活性下降,减轻肝重量指数。结论白藜芦醇对CC l4和D-GalN诱导的急性肝损伤具有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of resveratrol on chemical-induced liver injury in female mice. Methods The liver injury models were induced by administration of carbon tetrachloride (CCl4 ) or D-galactosamine (D-GaIN) into female mice. The activities of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and tri_glycerldes (TG) level were determined. The liver index was tested. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathion peroxidase (GSH-Px) as well as levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and nitric oxide (NO) in liver tissue were also measured. Results After treatment orally for 5 days,resveratol remarkedly reduced the activities of serum AST and ALT as well as the level of TG in female mice,inhibited the increase of MDA and NO levels and the decrease of SOD and GSH-Px activities,lowered the enlarged liver index. Conclusion Resveratrol has protective effect on the chemical, liver injury induced by CCl4 and D-GaIN.
