摘要
从规模经济、必要资本、技术和政策四方面对我国建筑业的市场进入壁垒作了分析,结论表明我国建筑业基本不存在规模经济壁垒,必要资本壁垒较低;建筑业普通领域的技术进入壁垒较低,进入特殊领域尚有一定技术性壁垒;资质管理制度已成为建筑企业最重要的的市场准入制度,对建筑业的竞争格局影响甚大。
The paper analyzes the market access barrier of China construction industry from four aspects： the economies of scale, necessary capitals, technology and policy. The result shows that there may be no barrier in terms of economies of scale but a low necessary capital barrier in China construction industry. It is also showed that there is a low technology barrier in the general fields but a relatively high technology barrier in the special fields of the construction industry. The paper points out that the qualification management system has become the most important market access system, which greatly influences the competition in the construction industry.
