寿胎丸对自然流产小鼠母胎界面SOCS3基因表达影响 被引量：4

摘要 目的:探讨寿胎丸对SOCS3基因表达的影响。方法:设立正常妊娠与反复自然流产模型,并将反复自然流产模型小鼠随机分为4组,分别为模型组、寿胎丸低剂量组、寿胎丸中剂量组、寿胎丸高剂量组,应用半定量RT-PCR法检测孕14天自然流产模型蜕膜与胎盘组织SOCS3mRNA的表达。结果:SOCS3在各组均有表达,但模型组的SOCS3表达明显低于正常组(P<0.05)。寿胎丸中、高剂量组的SOCS3基因表达高于模型组(P<0.05),与正常妊娠组无明显差异(P>0.05),寿胎丸低剂量组与模型组无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:寿胎丸可能通过提高反复自然流产小鼠模型SOCS3基因的表达水平,以诱导Th2优势表达,以达到治疗反复自然流产的目的。
