摘要
实习是社会工作专业教学的重要环节。但受区位经济和人文环境的影响,中小城市社会工作专业实习常常因实习机构缺乏,督导乏力,案主资源难以获得,经费不足等问题而陷入困境。要拓展实习资源可采取专业的社会推介、校内实训以及多种区外资源合作形式。
Practice is the essential part of the teaching of social sork profession. But because position economy and humanities environment are limited, it often falls into difficult positions in small or medium-sized city for example lacking of organization, supervising insufficiently, quantity of target client limited, deficiency of funds. This article points out that it may adopt professional recommendation in society, teaching in school, or many kinds of cooperation between outside areas resources to solve these problems .
