摘要
在社会工作专业教育中,实习与课堂教学一样,是专业教学计划的重要组成部分,是其他课程无法替代的学习模式。没有社会工作实习,就无法实现社会工作专业教育的人才培养目标。本文从社会工作实习的特征、目标、原则入手,分析社会工作实习教学的形式、内容以及社会工作实习中的角色与责任,并针对当前社会工作实习教学的困境,对社会工作实习教学的模式提出了建议。
In the social work specialized practice education, Practice, an important component of the specialized practice educational plan, is a learning mode which other courses can＇t substitute for as classroom instruction, if no social work practice, there is no way to achieve personnel training objectives of social work specialized education, this paper analyze the form, content, the roles and responsibilities of social work practice education from the characteristics, the objectives and principles, and proposed suggestions for social work specialized practice educational model aiming at the current difficult position.
