摘要
利用9个不同生态类型的50份水稻亲本材料,以生态型为单位进行双列杂交,配制366个组合,依据形态指数研究了各类型粳稻品种的形态遗传分化以及遗传分化与杂种优势的关系。结果表明:各生态型间形态指数差异与其F_1杂种优势相关不显著,但形态上籼粳分化的差异是杂种优势产生的重要基础。
Fifty varieties of 50 were used to analyze the heterosis of the F1 hybrids, which were created in a diallel set of cross between 9 ecological types. Based on the morphological index, the morphological genetic differentiation was studied, and the relation between genetic differentiation and heterosis was also studied. The resuits showed that the correlation coefficient between the difference of morphological index and heterosis of yield was not significant, but the difference of morphological differentiation plays an important role in heterosis.
