摘要
从人的认知过程入手,探讨中西医理论形成及其异同。得出结论:从人的认知过程来看,中西医理论的形成过程基本相同,都是先确定现象变化的规律,然后再给出解释。其不同在于:中西医理论所依据的现象变化过程有层次的不同;而在对现象进行解释时,中西医所用的方法也有所不同。中医主要总结的是人体宏观层次现象变化的规律,并用假设解释之。西医主要总结的是人体微观各层次上现象变化的规律,在解释时是用下层现象解释上层现象,而仅在当时所认知到的最微观层次采用假设进行解释。
From the human cognition process the article discusses the differences and similarities of the theories of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The conclusion is that both medical systems share the similar process of formation and both of them first make clear changes of phenomena , then the explanation. The only difference lies in muhilayers and approaches. Traditional Chinese medicine lays stress on the change of rules of the macroscopic muhilayer" s phenomena of the human body and hypothetical explanation, while Western medicine observes the change of rules of the microscopic multilayer" s phenomena and explanation of the upper layer phenomena by means of the lower layer phenomena. The hypothetical explanation is only used for the basic microscopic layer" s phenomena currently known.
