摘要
我国高等学校素质教育的现状不容乐观 ,必须将高等学校素质教育建立在高校体制改革的基础之上 ,而高校体制改革是一项系统工程 :宏观层次上转变教育观念 ,是实施素质教育的必要前提 ;中观层次上加大人事制度改革 ,建立科学的评价制度和多元的办学体制 ,是实施素质教育的根本保证 ;微观层次上加强教学改革 ,完善课程体系 ,建立创新方法、制度是实施素质教育的关键所在。
In this article, the author analyses the present condition of the quality education of colleges and universities in China and points out that the condition of quality education is not satisfying, and the pursuit of the quality education should be based on the system reform of college and universities. Moreover, the system reform of colleges and universities is a systematic projec. To conduct the quality education, in point of macrostructure, changing the educational belief is the essential prerequisite, and in point of comprehensive survey, reinforcing the personnel system reform and instituting a scientific evaluation system and poly-system for running universities are the fundamental guarantee to conduct the quality education; in the point of microstructure, strengthening the reform in education, perfecting curriculum system and establishing the system to bring forth new ideas are the key to the success.
