摘要
新升格本科院校师资队伍建设无论在数量、质量,还是结构以及管理机制上都存在着许多不容忽视的问题和困难。因此,新升格本科院校要加强师资队伍建设:加强师德建设,塑造教师高尚人格;引才"借脑",改善师资结构;开发培养,提升教师整体素质;完善机制,搭建教师发展平台。
There exist many problems and difficulties which can not be ignored in several aspects,such as quantity,quality,structure and management mechanism,etc.of teaching staff construction in newly upgraded univerisities.Therefore,they need to strengthen teaching staff construction by reinforcing moral construction and moulding respectable personality of teachers,by introducing talents and improving staff structure,by training and developing teachers and enhancing their overall quality and by perfecting mechanism and building development platform.
