摘要
案例教学为现代法学教育的应有之义和必然要求,然而,目前我国的案例教学模式在具体操作中存在诸多的不足,具浮于表面之嫌。据此,文章从不同角度详细论述了案例教学的调整与改进。
Case study is considered to be an important instrument in modem law education. It is found that the operational mode of case study in law education in China is superficial and disadvantageous in some aspects. The improvement of ease study in law education is discussed from different angles.
