摘要
人是高校管理中最重要、最活跃的因素,在进一步深化高校后勤社会化改革中,必须重视鼓励和充分调动全体后勤员工的积极性和创造性.文章在调查的基础上分析了福建省新建本科院校后勤人力资源管理的现状及存在的主要问题,结合工作实践提出了加强新建本科院校后勤人力资源激励机制的基本原则和主要方法.
Human is the most important and active factor in management of university. On the reform of university's logistics, It is urgent to pay attention to encourage and arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of logistics staff. By investigation, the article analyses present management situation and main problems of logistics human resources in Fujian newly-built universities, and combins the working practice, proposes main methods and fundamental principle to strengthen the incentive mechanism on human resources of logistics in newly-built universities.
