摘要
研究了纳米TiO2改善造纸涂料的性能及添加纳米TiO2对涂布纸涂层抗老化性能的影响。结果表明:纳米TiO2用量为1.0份时能够较好地提高涂层的耐光性能,经光老化后,涂布纸白度和表面强度分别降低了9.6%和13.5%,而不添加纳米TiO2的涂层,白度和表面强度分别降低了17.1%和16.7%。通过流变性实验,分析了添加纳米TiO2涂料的流变行为。研究了纳米TiO2改善造纸涂料的性能及添加纳米TiO2对涂布纸涂层抗老化性能的影响。结果表明:纳米TiO2用量为1.0份时能够较好地提高涂层的耐光性能,经光老化后,涂布纸白度和表面强度分别降低了9.6%和13.5%,而不添加纳米TiO2的涂层,白度和表面强度分别降低了17.1%和16.7%。通过流变性实验,分析了添加纳米TiO2涂料的流变行为。
In this research, the characteristics of paper coatings adding nano-TiO2 and the effect of nano-TiO2 on anti-aging properties of coated paper were investigated. The results indicated that the lightfastness property of coated paper is significantly improved by adding 1.0 parts of nano- TiO2, and the brightness and surface strength of coated paper only decrease by 13.5% and 9.6% compared with 17.1% and 16.7% of control coated paper, respectively. The effect of nano-TiO2 on rheological properties of coatings was studied by rheological experiments and the continuous equations of rheology theory were applied to analyze the rheological behavior of the coatings adding nano-TiO2.
