摘要
采用在面涂涂料中添加纳米SiO2改善涂布纸的耐光性能,通过分析涂布纸张的表面性能及耐光实验后的白度、光泽度、色差、表面强度、粗糙度,确定纳米材料的用量。实验表明:添加纳米SiO2对涂布纸涂层的光泽度和表面强度有一定的改善作用,纳米SiO2的用量为0.4份时,涂层耐光性能最好,白度损失为10.6%,表面强度损失13.9%,而空白试样的白度损失为17.1%,表面强度损失16.7%。
Nano-SiO2 was added in paper coatings in top-coat to improve the light fastness properties of coated paper. The dosage of nanophase materials was determined by the comparisons of the surface properties and the whiteness, glossiness, color difference, surface strength, and roughness of coated paper before and after light fastness experiment. The results of the experiment indicate that the light fastness properties of coated paper have been improved to a certain extent: at the dosages of 0.4 parts of nano-SiO2, the light fastness of coating was the best with the loss of whiteness of 10.6% and the loss of surface strength of 13.9%, compared to 17.1% and 16.7% respectively of blank sample.
