摘要
涂布技术的不断进步对涂料的性能提出了更高的要求,而涂料配方对涂料性能起着决定性的作用。为了适应涂布技术的发展需要,涂料配方开始向高固含量、高碳酸钙、低胶黏剂配比的方向发展。本文研究了铜版纸高固含量涂料配方对成纸及相关性能指标的影响,实验结果表明高固含量涂料能够提高成纸的光泽度和印后光泽度,同时对其它印刷性能指标也有所影响。
Continuous improvement in the coating technology has a stricter demand on the function of coatings. In the coming ages, the development of coating formulation is higher solid-content, higher calcium carbonate involved and lower binder dosage. In this paper, the effects of coatings with high-solid-content on properties of coated art papers were studied. The results showed that the paper gloss and ink gloss were improved, and other printing properties were influenced somewhat.
