摘要 氧化/抗氧化失衡是支气管哮喘的重要发病机制之一。过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体(PPARγ)是核激素受体超家族成员之一,PPARγ协同刺激因子-1(PGC-1)是一种近年来发现的PPARγ的转录协同刺激因子,活化的PPARγ/PGC-1通过诱导抗氧化酶表达,去除氧化剂,在哮喘中起重要的抗氧化作用。 The oxidant/antioxidant imbalance is one of the most important pathogenesis in bronchial asthma. Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor-gamma (PPARγ) is a member of the nuclear hormone receptors super-family. Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator-1 ( PGC-1 ) discovered in recent years is one type of transcriptional coactivator of PPARγ. Activated PPARγ/PGC-1 both can induce the expression of antioxidase, remove oxidative matters, and play important anti-oxidative roles in asthma.
