摘要
目的探讨急救护理实验课的教学方法,提高教学效果。方法选择两届护生分别设为实验组与对照组,实验组在急救护理实验课中引入案例式教学,对照组采用传统实验教学方法,对两组教学效果进行比较。结果①实验组实验课常规教学质量评价得分为93.96±9.35,对照组得分为87.16±10.66,差异具有显著性统计学意义。②在增加学习主动性和学习兴趣、提高操作技能等方面实验组优于对照组。③实验组实验报告优良率显著高于对照组。结论将案例武教学引入急救护理实验课可以提高教学效果,是一种临床技能与思维训练并重的新型教学方法。
Objective To discuss the effect of case teaching used in the experimental course of emergency nursing. Methods Two nursing classes had been chosen as experimental group and comparative group respectively.Case teaching method was used to experimental group and the routine method was used to comparative group. Teaching effect in the end of course was analyzed. Results The average score in the experimental group was 93.96±9.35,and the score in the comparative group was 87.16±10.66,which had a significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.01). The score in increasing initiative and interest in learning,and other aspects of the skill of operation,experimental were superior to the comparative group. Conclusions Clinical skill and thinking training were focus in case teaching method,which being used in the experimental course of emergency nursing can improve the effects of teaching.
