摘要
目的评价氯沙坦和卡托普利治疗高血压病的疗效及不良反应。方法118例原发性高血压患者给予氯沙坦剂量50～100mg/d,治疗6周,对照组112例服用卡托普利,剂量25mg/次,2～3次/d,分别观察两组治疗前后所有参与者血压、血脂、肾功能。结果监测血压显示氯沙坦组降压与卡托普利对照组无差异,对胆固醇三酰甘油没有影响,有逆转左心室肥厚和降低尿酸的作用,与卡托普利对照组相比,咳嗽发生率低,并能改善肾功能及保护内皮细胞功能。结论氯沙坦同卡托普利对于治疗高血压病安全、有效,对血脂、肾功能无影响;氯沙坦有降低尿酸的作用,咳嗽发生率低。
Objective Evaluate the Losartan to cure curative effect and bad reactions that high blood pressure diseases with the Captopril Tablets. Methods 118 original hairs high blood pressure the sufferer gives the of Losartan measures 50 the 100 mg/d, cure 6 weeks, the 112 examples： matched control takes the Captopril Tablets, measures 25 mg once, everyday 2 to 3 times,distinguishing to observe two treatments have participant＇s blood pressure, blood fat, kidney function in front and back. Results Monitor blood pressure manifestation Losartan a function for declining pressing with the matched control of Captopril Tablets making no difference, to cholesterol glycerin third fats having no affecting, conversing left ventricles fatty and thickly with lowering uric acid, compare with the matched control of Captopril Tablets, cough to take place the rate low, combining can improve the kidney function and protect the inside skin cell function. Conclusion Losartan together Captopril Tablets is for the treatment high blood pressure disease safety, valid, have no the influence to the blood fat, kidney function;Losartan contain function that lower the uric acid, a cough occurrence the rate is low.
