ACE基因多态性与疾病发生关系的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 ACE的主要功能是在血浆及内皮细胞表面催化无活性的血管紧张素Ⅰ(AngⅠ)转变为有缩血管及刺激醛固酮分泌的血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ),因此ACE是RAS的关键酶.了解ACE基因多态性与疾病发生、发展的关系,将对这些疾病的诊治和早期预防起到帮助作用.近几年研究表明机体ACE水平受遗传控制即受控于ACE基因,而且发现ACE遗传变异与体内某些系统间疾病的发生有关联.本文就近几年的ACE基因多态性与疾病发生关系的研究进展做一综述.
