摘要
新世纪新阶段,国家作出了加快滨海新区开发开放的重大战略决策,为滨海新区的信息化建设带来了难得的历史机遇。在这其中,作为主导产业的制造业和现代服务业的信息化的建设和发展显得尤为重要。从产品角度看,信息化有利于提高产品研发、生产和销售效率;从企业角度看,信息化有利于提高企业经营管理水平;从产业角度看,信息化有利于提升产业的整体竞争力。滨海新区的制造业和现代服务业在信息化建设方面取得了显著的成效,但还存在许多问题,在一定程度上阻碍了信息化效益的有效发挥。因此,必须采取有效措施,加快滨海新区信息化的建设。
In the new century, the state has made to speed up the development of Binhai New Area, opening up a major strategic decision for the Binhai New Area of the information technology has brought a rare historical opportunity. In this one, as the leading industries of manufacturing and modern services in the information--based construction and development is especially important. From the perspective of products, information--based products will help improve the research and development, production and marketing efficiency; from the business point of view, information technology is conducive to improving the management level; from the industrial point of view, the information technology industry will help improve the overall competitiveness. Binhai New Area of manufacturing and modern services in information technology has made significant achievements, but there are still many problems to a certain extent, hampered the effectiveness of information technology effectively. It is therefore necessary to take effective measures to speed up the information--based Binhai New Area of the building.
