摘要
人力资源、人才资源和人力资本是三个不同层面的概念。在企业新型经营管理中,人力资源是基本层面,人才资源是适应知识经济要求的层面,而人力资本则是通过投资在后天获得价值增值并进入市场经营的层面。对人才资源进行开发管理和构建知识型人力资源经营模式,是现代化企业管理的重要特征。
Human resource, talent resource and human capital are three different conceptions. Human resources is on the basic level; talent resource is the level of facing knowledge economy; and human capital is valued by latter investments. It is important character for modern enterprises' management to build performance model of knowledge human resources.
