摘要
本文研究了硫酸介质中,痕量铁(Ⅲ)催化高碘酸钾氧化中性红褪色的新指示反应及动力学条件,建立了动力学光度法测定痕量Fe^(3+)的方法.方法的灵敏度为5.21×10^(-12)g Fe^(3+)/ml,测定范围0—0.2μg Fg^(3+)/25ml,操作简单、快速且重现性好.在用于测定人发中的铁时,获得了满意的结果.
Trace iron(Ⅲ) in sulphuric acid can catalyze the discolouring oxidizing reaction of potassium periodate Neutral Red. A method for determining trace Fe(Ⅲ) is described. The sensitivity of the method is 5.21 × 10-12g Fe3+/ml. The range of measurement is 0-0.2g Fe3+/25ml. The method has been used to determine the trace Fe( Ⅲ) in human hair with satisfactory results.
