摘要
采用半经验MNDO法完成了对溪黄草中3种抗癌组分的量子化学计算.获得了分子轨道及其能级、键级、原子电荷密度等数据.结果表明:该类化合物的抗癌活性区域α-亚甲基环戊酮中的部分原子轨道构成了易接受电子的πLUMO轨道,当药物分子与受体作用时易在活性区域发生亲核加成反应.
