摘要
建立小鼠力竭运动模型,添加不同浓度牛磺酸进行运动实验,实验结束后取样检测小鼠体内SOD活性和MDA浓度.结果表明:同对照组比较,添加牛磺酸能使小鼠力竭性游泳时间明显延长,延长趋势与牛磺酸的添加量有明显的相关性;小鼠体内抗氧化指标测定表明,牛磺酸的添加浓度为800 mg/L时抗氧化效果最好,力竭运动使小鼠体内自由基显著升高,添加牛磺酸能明显阻止其升高趋势.提示牛磺酸既能提高抗疲劳能力,又能提高机体的运动能力.
In this paper, exhaustive exercise model is built. The exercise group rats were trained in fatigue swimming and each one's swimming time was recorded. It persisted for six weeks. The rat body's activity of SOD and the concentration of MDA were determined. The result shows: compared with the quiet contrast group, remarkable different can be seen on the taurine and exhaustive exercise group's swimming time; remarkable linearity connection can be seen between the swimming time and the add quantity of taurine; the anti-oxidation effect shows when the taurine add quantity is 800 mg/L, the rats had the best anti-oxidation effect. The result suggested thet taurine had the effect on anti-fatigue.
