摘要
抗疲劳饮料作为功能饮料的一种,近几年引起越来越多人的关注。主要阐述了抗疲劳饮料的研究现状,其主要的功效成分及其抗疲劳的机理,分析不同功效成分在抗疲劳方面的功效,希望为消费者了解抗疲劳饮料和抗疲劳饮料的后续研究提供依据。
As a functional beverage, in recent years, anti-fatigue drink is paid close attention by more and more people. The research status of anti-fatigue beverage, its main functional components and its anti-fatigue mechanism are showed, and the anti-fatigue effect of different functional components is analyzed. It will provide evidence to understand the anti-fatigue beverage and the development trend of anti-fatigue beverage.
