摘要
运用问卷调查、数理统计和文献资料等方法,对目前我国青少年足球运动员培养模式、俱乐部、足球学校及业余体校的招生情况、教练员情况、球员的训练与文化课学习,以及青少年足球人才流向等方面进行研究,从中发现青少年运动员培养中存在的问题,并提出相应对策,为中国足球培养优秀的后备人才提供有价值的理论依据。
The authors studied the training model, club, soccer school, recruiting of amateur player, professional training, knowledge studying and teenager player allotment through the method of questionnaire, mathematical statistics and literature data. They found out there are some problems existing in development of the young teenager soccer player and raised their recommended solutions, which are valuable theoretic proof on how to train and develop excellent player for Chinese soccer team too.
