摘要
通过查阅相关文献资料,阐述当前我国足球后备人才培养现状及存在的问题。当前我国足球后备人才培养主要以职业足球俱乐部梯队建设和足球学校、业余俱乐部为主,中、小学在培养足球后备人才上发挥作用不明显。主要是因为各职业俱乐部把联赛放在第一位,无暇顾及自己的后备梯队的培养,以及受我国教育制度等因素影响,学校足球运动开展不力。
This paper studies the present situation of the cultivation of football talents and present problems in China by reading pertinent literature.On current,professional football clubs,football schools and amateur clubs mainly engaged in cultivating football talents.But the function of middle school and primary school is not obvious.The main reason is that professional clubs put league matches at first,and the cultivating is limited by time and educational system.
