摘要
运用文献资料法和专家访谈法,在分析国外部分足球强国青少年运动员培养路径、我国青少年足球运动员培养路径及其存在不足的基础上,提出我国青少年足球运动员培养路径选择的原则:坚持政府在青少年足球运动员培养中的引领地位,坚持教育部门在青少年足球运动员培养中的基础地位,坚持职业足球俱乐部在青少年足球运动员培养中的主体地位,坚持社会系统在青少年足球运动员培养中的支撑地位,并构建了具体的培养路径。
Using the literature martial and expert interview methods in this paper,based on the analysis of some foreign soccer power cultivation path of adolescent athletes and young football athlete training in China and its shortcomings,this paper puts forward the principle of choosing young football athlete cultivation path:adhere to the government in the leading position of juvenile football players;adhere to the education department on the basis of cultivating juvenile football players;adhere to the subject status of the professional soccer club in cultivating the juvenile football players;adhere to the supporting position of the social system in the training of juvenile football players,and finally construct the concrete cultivation path.
