摘要
教师文化的形成是一个非常复杂的过程。教师所生活的团体及其文化是教师文化的主要根基,主要包括学校文化、年级组文化和科组文化,统称"单位文化"。"单位文化"孕育了教师文化,单位文化的重建则是教师及其文化健康发展的重要路径。
The formation of teacher culture is a complex process. The organization sodality that teachers live and its culture are the main foundations of teacher culture, including the school culture, the grade unit culture and the subject department culture, which can be called by a joint name, the culture of unit. The unit culture cultivates teacher culture, and rebuilding unit culture is the important way for the healthy development of teachers and teacher culture.
