摘要
本文讨论了学生对任务的成功期望和他们寄予成功的价值,以及情感记忆与学业动机之间的关系。同时提出了如何将期望值模型用于计算机基础课教学的方法,即建立一个掌握/学习导向型的课堂环境,对学生参与教学活动时给予正面反应,合理设计实验促进学生的学业动机。
This paper discussed the problem that students' expectations of success and the value they place on success and their affective memory are important determinants of their motivation to engage in achievement-related behaviors. An approach has been suggested that the activities and emphases in the classroom may be categorized as mastery/learning-oriented or performance-oriented. Teachers should avoid feedback to students that sends negative messages when student participation. Experimentations should be planned properly.
