摘要
目的:探讨循证护理在临床教学实践中的应用效果。方法:选择某大学进入临床实习阶段的护理本科生60名作为研究对象,将研究对象随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组学生采取循证护理方式带教,对照组学生采取传统方式带教。结果:实验组护生学习兴趣、理论考试、综合科研能力、EBN技能考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:循证护理带教方式可以促进护生临床操作技能和科研能力的提高。
Objective: To explore the effect of carrying out evidence - based nursing in clinical teaching practice. Methods:A total of 60 students were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Students in experimental group received evidence -based nursing in clinical teaching practice. Students in control group given traditional instruction on the basis of nursing routines. Results:Students in experimental group showed a significantly better results in terms of interest in learning , theory examination, research capacity and EBN skills as compared with control group. Conclusion : The Evidence - based nursing mode can help undergrate students of nursing improve practical skills and ability to conduct scientific researches.
