摘要
双语教师作为双语教育最直接的实施者,是实现双语教育目标的保证,如何建设一支高水平的双语教师队伍将直接决定高职高专双语教学的质量。本文旨在探讨双语教师在职培养模式与稳定双语教师队伍的措施,提出高职高专双语教师队伍建设的构想,以促进较高质量双语教育实验的开展。
Bilingual teachers, as the most direct perpetrators in bilingual education, is an endurance to achieve the goal of bilingual education. How to build a high level of bilingual teachers will directly determine the quality of higher vocational bilingual education. This article aims to explore on-the-job training model of the bilingual teacher and the measures to stabilize the bilingual teaching stuff, put forward the idea of,building bilingual vocational teachers in order to promote bilingual educational experiment with high quality.
