摘要
在调查和分析了高职商务类双语师资的现状基础上,提出了其应具备的素质,进而从培训和制度两方面探讨了建设高职商务类双语师资的途径。
Based on a survey and an analysis of the status of bilingual teachers for international business courses in higher vocational colleges, the paper puts forward bilingual teachers＇necessary qual- ities, and then, from the two aspects of training and policies, provides the ways of construction for bi- lingual teachers of international business courses in higher vocational colleges.
