摘要
本文首先探讨了高水平研究型大学是什么样的大学,进而针对在建设高水平研究型大学过程中,可能会出现重科研轻教学的问题,提出了学校应该以教学支撑科研、以科研促进教学,在教学上体现"高""新"特色,让高水平的教师上教学一线,完善学校评价体系实现教学科研的协调发展。
This paper firstly discussed the high-level research university belongs to what kind of university. Then directed at the problem which focus on scientific research and ignore teaching possibly appeared in the process of constructing high-level research university, this paper proposed the school should support scientific research by teaching ,promote the teaching by scientific research and embody the characteristics of ＂high＂ and ＂new＂ in the teaching, let the high-level of teachers working on the front line of teaching and improve school evaluation system, so that the coordinated development of teaching and research can be achieved.
