Application of the Finite Element Method to Test the Strength of the Attachment

摘要 西方由家在义齿修复中早已发展了多种附着体来替代传统的卡环夹持方式。为了实现义齿修复附着体的的产化,需进行一系列研究。对附着体本身进行力学分析和强度校核,是按临床需要选择结构形式后首先应进行的一项工作。作者通过对附着体受力状态的分析,提出简化的力学模型,进行有限元应力分析和强度校核;并采用光弹性应力实验进行验证。计算和实验表明:所设计的附着体强度满足要求;利用简化力学模型,用光弹性应力实验和有限元法相结合,对附着体进入强度校核是一种行之有效且较为简捷的方法。并对光弹实验与有限元计算结果存在偏差的原因进行了讨论。 In prosthodontics,it has been a long time since the western countries developed various at -tachments to replace traditional clip .In order to realize the nationalization of the attchments for prosthodontics,a series of research work should be carried out .The first task is to select astructure according to clinical requirements and make mechanical analysis and strength ofthe attachments.Here is introduced simplified mechanical model,and how the finite element stress analysis and strength test was carried out by analyzing mechanical conditions of the attachment .In addition,a photoelastic stress test was done for verification.The data of calculation and experiment indicated that the strength of the disigned attachment meets the requirements.Applying the simplified mechanical model,combining finte element method with photoelastic stress test ,it is an effective and straightforward way to carry on strength test for at-tachments.Finally,we discuss the causes of the differences between the results of photoelastic test and finite element calculation.
