摘要
目的为了探讨球状快套附着体在可摘局部义齿的临床应用。方法作者对9名游离端缺失的患者利用20颗基牙用球状快套冠外附着体26个，2颗基牙用桩帽附着体2个，桥接片按扣式附着体2个，制作12件球状快套固位义齿。经3个月至2年时间的临床观察。结果发现附着体能很好地保护基牙，其固位的活动义齿稳定性能好，咀嚼效率高，美观舒适卫生。结论球状快套附着体固位可摘局部义齿是一种固定一活动联合修复体，兼有固定和活动义齿的优点，值得临床推广应用。
Objective in order to inquire into the clinical use of vario-soft-snap (VSS) attachments in the removablepartial demure. Methods Nine patients provided with 12 pieces of VSS attachments prosthes were followed up 3 monthes to 2 years. A total of 20 abutments were included. 26 of which were extracoronal VSS attachments, 2 of which wereroot-cap VSS attachments, 2 of which were push button VSS attachments on the bar. Results VSS attachments couldprotect abutments and retain and stabilize the removable partial demure. All could get prosthesis esthetics and satisfactoryand well masticatory functioning. Conclusion The removable partial demure retained with VSS attachments was a samifixed-removable prosthes and had both advantages.[
