摘要
目的优选蒙药阿给炭的炮制工艺。方法以阿给炭性状、阿给炭的止血时间、浸出物含量为指标,采用正交实验法,优选阿给炭的最佳炮制工艺。结果阿给炭的最佳炮制工艺温度为210℃炒制20 min。结论不同炮制工艺对阿给炭止血作用的影响较大,最佳炮制工艺的优化为阿给的临床应用及制订饮片的质量标准提供了依据。
Objective To optimize the processing procedure of Agi (Artemisia frigida Wild). Methods The optimal processing procedure was screened by orthogonal test according to characters, hemostasis time, and the content of the extract. Results The optimal processing procedure was as follows :210℃ for 20 minutes. Conclusion Bleeding stopping effect of Agi was highly influenced by different processing technologies. The screened procedure is a fast and convenient method suitable for the control of the processing technology of Agi.
