氯氮平所致强迫症状的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 氯氮平系一种非典型抗精神病药物，在治疗难治性精神分裂症和阴性症状方面的效果优于经典神经阻滞剂^[1]。尽管氯氮平锥体外系副反应少于经典神经阻滞剂，但可导致粒细胞缺乏症、癫痫发作、过度镇静、体重增加、便秘和流涎等副反应^[2]。近年来，其引起的强迫症状越来越受到重视。现对氯氮平所致强迫症状的流行病学、病理生理机制、临床表现、诊断、治疗等作一概述。
