摘要
本实验通过体外细胞培养［１］观察了承气合剂在０．０６２５％～１％系列浓度下，对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞（ｍａｃｒｏｐｈａｇｅ，ＭΦ）释放肿瘤坏死因子（ｔｕｍｏｒｎｅｃｒｏｓｉｓｆａｃｔｏｒ，ＴＮＦ）和白介素６（ｉｎｔｅｒｌｅｕｋｉｎ－６，ＩＬ－６）的影响，发现随着“合剂”浓度递增ＩＬ－６的释放量增加，以中剂量组释放量最高。ＴＮＦ的释放量在合剂０．０６２５％浓度时即已完全抑制，未能检出；同时观察了在内毒素（ｌｙｐｏｐｏｌｙｓａｃｃｈａｒｉｄｅ，ＬＰＳ）诱导下，承气合剂系列浓度对ＭΦ分泌上述二因子的影响，随着“合剂”浓度递增，ＩＬ－６及ＴＮＦ的释放量减少，呈量效关系。
hengqi mixture(承气合剂CQM)promoted the synthesis of interleukin (IL6) and tumor necrosis of factor(TNF) released form normal peritoneal M significantly while fhey were inhibited both IL6 form normal peritoneal macrophage(M) in mice,but inbibited both IL6 and TNF released from M significantly while fhey were induced by LPS in vitro.There was a dosedependent relationship between the dose of CQM in the range of 0.0625%and the amount of IL6/TNF released from M.
