摘要
对电力行业的信息化现状进行了评述,阐述了当前电网企业信息化建设所面对新形势、新问题(诸如主体意识的相对缺位、管控体系的相对分离、管理变革的相对滞后),并对电网企业信息化发展进行了趋势分析,对华东电网公司对应信息化发展新问题,新趋势包括由"局部应用"转变为"协作应用",由"管控分离"转变为"信息一体化"。由"业务导向"转变为"效益导向"。新趋势方面所做的一些有益探索进行了介绍。
The status quo of informatization of the electric power sector is presented, and the new situation and issues facing informatization construction of grid enterprises are illuminated. The informatization development orientation of grid enterprises is analyzed, and some valuable efforts that East China Grid has made in this field are recommended.
