摘要
为了整合电力计量系统资源,提高信息的使用率与共享度,在分析电能量采集系统应用状况的基础上,提出了电能量信息采集平台的建设原则、系统架构、技术要求等,并对实施方案中关键环节的处理进行了探讨。
For integrating existing meter reading system recourses,raising usage rate and partake of information,this paper introduces the building principles,system frame,technique requests of the system through analysis on application status,and at the same time,discusses the settlements of key tache during actualization scheme.
