摘要
在智能电网建设发展趋势及国家电网公司、省公司两级数据中心的总体框架下,结合地市级供电企业管理精细化的实际需求,对地市级供电企业数据及应用集成的模式进行研究,提出了建立地市级分散式数据备份中心,并以此为数据基础,提出建设地市级供电企业辅助决策支持系统的基本设想。在此研究的基础上,集成了鞍山供电公司营销、生产、人力资源等核心业务数据库,整合了公司主营业务数据,建立了基于数据仓库的数据管理平台,基本解决了企业数据共享的问题。实践结果表明该系统具有实用性与有效性。
Basing on the development trends of smart grid and the overall framework of two-level data centers of the State Grid Corporation of China （SGCC） and its provincial companies, this paper studies the data and the application integration model of prefecture-level （city） power supply companies according to their delicacy management needs, and proposes the idea to establish distributive data backup centers and corresponding decision-making support systems for profectecture-lelel （city） power supply companies. On the basis of this study, the authors have integrated the core professional databases such as the marketing, production and human resources databases of Anshan power supply company, and established a data warehouse-based data management platform, and solved the data sharing problems. This system is proved through appplication to be practical and effective.
